This individual will be responsible for generating outbound pipeline and creating new business opportunities across targeted pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, with the majority of time spent cold calling, in addition to email and LinkedIn outreach. You will engage Director-, VP-, and Executive-level stakeholders, introducing a CRM platform that supports field engagement, medical affairs workflows, and customer-facing interactions within a highly regulated environment. The primary objective is to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance through the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is coachable, organized, and confident engaging senior-level decision-makers, while quickly learning how to communicate value within a complex industry. This organization is experiencing strong year-over-year growth and offers significant long-term career advancement, often within the first 18 months.
