Position Overview

As an integral member of the Sales Management Team, the Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for directing our Sales Coaches and our teams of Account Executives to meet their goals by delivering our sales methodology, recognizing selling opportunities and buying clues, and developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will also work alongside our Sales Coaches to mentor and motivate our Account Executives. Additionally, you will help guide the Sales Management Team in developing strategic plans based on metrics, business data, and market trends. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 


This position can be located in one of our three call centers located in Prescott, Arizona; Greensboro, North Carolina; or Chapin, South Carolina. This position requires your presence onsite and is not remote.


Sales Manager Responsibilities include

  • Mentoring and motivating Account Executives and Sales Coaches towards goal achievement while fostering a      culture of growth and teamwork
  • Leading morning sales meetings with the Account Executives by discussing current sales promotions, effective strategies, market and product awareness, and providing performance feedback
  • Overseeing the management of our key customer accounts

Requirements

 Sales Manager Position Requirements

  • Superior skills in the analysis and interpretation of regional sales and market data 
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software systems
  • Five (5) or more years of related business-to-business sales management experience
  • An advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

The ideal Sales Manager candidate would also possess

  • Knowledge of the firearms and the firearms industry including retail firearms sales experience
  • Broad experience in business-to-business sales environments
  • Flexible approach with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • A superior ability to communicate professionally and effectively to all levels of the organization and customers
