About the Role

Description

RLC Electronics Systems is seeking an experienced circuit board assembler for skilled hand assembly.  Soldering experience and previous quality control work required.

Requirements

We are looking to bring on a Level 4 Assembler. This role will require knowledge and experience performing work of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Assemblers, such as installing electronic components into circuit boards. 


As a Level 4 Assembler, you will also perform soldering of TH and SMT circuit board assemblies. For this position, a soldering test is required as well as 3+ years of soldering experience. Soldering repair or rework with the ability to remove and replace SMT parts of small nature is required.   Must be able to perform tasks on very small assemblies, have the ability to closely follow processes, and have a high level of attention to detail and quality.


The physical demands of this position require regularly sitting; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and visualize very small parts. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
