 Automotive Loaner Desk Coordinator$20 - $22 Per Hour | Customer-Focused Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to manage our Service Loaner Desk. This is a key position responsible for keeping customers on the road while their vehicles are being serviced.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the loaner vehicle process from check-out to return 
  • Greet customers and deliver a professional, seamless experience 
  • Verify driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation 
  • Maintain accurate records of loaner agreements and vehicle availability 
  • Inspect vehicles before and after use for condition and cleanliness 
  • Keep the loaner fleet organized, clean, and ready for customers 
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face 
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems 
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 
  • Bilingual is a plus

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 
  • Authorized to work in the United States
