You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads
- Assist with pre-leasing; this includes communication with current and future residents, participating in promotional events, working with the Property Manager to relate rightly with the local college, etc.
- Solve problems by overcoming objections
- Lease apartments and use the tools and resources available to close the sale
- Support other team members by assisting them as needed
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
