Compensation: 25.00 per hour 10/50/50 commission plan

Quick Roofing is hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing projects for our REIT and commercial customers in the Phoenix area. This is a field-based role responsible for managing projects from inspection through completion while ensuring timelines quality and customer expectations are met.

This position is ideal for someone with construction or roofing experience who enjoys being in the field managing crews’ materials and project details.

Requirements

Manage roofing projects onsite from start to completion
Conduct roof inspections and coordinate materials
Track project costs schedules and timelines
Communicate with customers vendors and internal teams
Resolve jobsite issues while maintaining safety and quality standards
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company expectation

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid drivers license
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
Strong computer and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate

Compensation and Benefits:
25.00 per hour plus commission opportunities using a 10/ 50/ 50 commission plan
This is a W2 position with full benefits including medical dental and vision
