ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA.
The Cooperative Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman will provide program management and analytical support for foreign disclosure and security cooperation activities. The selected candidate will support data analysis, program tracking, and coordination efforts to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies, as well as international program and technology transfer requirements.
The Cooperative Foreign Disclosure Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman will work closely with Government leadership, Foreign Disclosure Officers, Program Managers, and Security Cooperation team members to support foreign disclosure reviews, export compliance, and international program execution.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, internationally focused acquisition environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
Required Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired Experience:
Experience performing the duties of a program/project/management analyst in support of security cooperation programs. At least one (1) year of demonstrated experience with international program policy, foreign disclosure review, export compliance, and/or international agreement management.
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, and business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems. Provide support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release. Review program documentation prior to release to foreign governments. Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy. Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export compliance/license/exemption utilization. Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs. Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals. Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues. Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals. Provide support for management of foreign national visits. Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plans.
Position Location: Government office located in Patuxent River, MD (Work Schedule: Monday through Friday)
