  1. Produces and presents the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel and brand standard
  2. Ensures that dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature
  3. Delivers dishes in good time to suit guests' wishes
  4. Depending on the hotel, may be asked to receive deliveries, check and store merchandise
  5. Organizes his/her work and timing to suit fluctuations in guest numbers and special events

คุณสมบัติ

  1. Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
  2. Experience that demonstrates well established technical know-how
  3. Languages: fluent in Thai is strong advantage and English communication
  4. Minimum of 3 years cuisine management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, fine dining restaurant or lifestyle resort.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills
  6. Ability to train and develop team members
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
