Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

Fresenius Medical Care Production Sdn Bhd in Bandar Enstek, Malaysia, has been operating since 2000, focusing in providing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis products and services. The plant was established to support the company's growth in Southeast Asia and was officially expanded as a regional manufacturing hub in September 2017. The plant produces high-quality hemodialysis concentrates and disinfectants as well as Peritoneal dialysis (PD) products, including Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operation and handling of machine at dispensing, mixing, filling, and packing.

• To follow any relevant Standard Operation Procedure in maintaining product quality and compliance to Standard Operation Procedure.

• To prepare area and machine preparation, machine cleaning (and product transfer) prior to area clearance.

• To clean and ensure all equipment and machine in good condition before and after operating.

• To implement and maintain the safety standard as required by requirement and company policy.

• To follow implemented corrective action at filling or packaging or as trained by supervisor.

• To follow any work schedule and stay at work station either at filling and packaging areas or as directed by line leader.

• To maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

• To ensure the mixing, filling and packaging record availability and complies with Batch Manufaturing Record / Batch Packaging Record.

• To record the critical control data in timely manner and report to line leader for any deviation or OOS.

• To review and sign the appropriate pages in Batch Manufacturing Record / Batch Packaging Record upon completion of each activity.

• To ensure working area is clean and tidy complies with area clearance requirements.

• To participate in company activities pertaining to training, employee activity, fire fighting, safety and health.

• Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by superior or management as and when required.

Your Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: SPM

• Good communication - Bahasa Malaysia & English (basic)

• Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related field preferred

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Physically fit to handle operational tasks (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods).

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.

• Open for Malaysian citizen
