Your role as a Front Desk Representative will allow you to serve the community, simplify healthcare, and help to provide creative solutions to ensure a world class experience. You'll join a creative and passionate team of physicians and clinical staff. This role offers plenty of opportunity to grow your skills and expand your knowledge in healthcare!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phone call and schedule all providers and patient appointments.
  • Prepare patient charts during check in.
  • Greet patients and maintain and effective and efficient registration process.
  • Obtain and enter demographic and insurance information into the system.
  • Collect any co-pays shown on patient accounts.
  • Schedule patients accurately and effectively for appointments.
  • Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
  • Take accurate and complete phone messages for providers and staff.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Notify appropriate staff when supplies are needed and following standard supply protocol.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations
  • Valid Driver’s License


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year customer service or reception experience
  • 1+ year medical office experience
  • 1+ year experience of working in an EMR system
