The Role


This isn’t just HR—it’s people leadership. We’re looking for a Culture Warrior who brings energy, empathy, and organization to the workplace. You’ll be the trusted on-site HR partner, keeping payroll, recruiting and compliance on track while creating a place where employees feel valued, supported, and heard.


What You’ll Own

  • Be the go-to HR presence for employees and leaders
  • Drive a positive, people-first workplace culture
  • Manage onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Keep personnel files compliant and confidential
  • Support hiring, employee relations, and performance reviews
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen morale and engagement

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. 


Licenses/Certification

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.


Experience

  • One year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
