Job Description

At Heimstaden, we aim to become Europe’s most AI-enabled real estate company. The AI First team within Digital helps support that ambition by working on practical use cases and business improvements.

As Junior Analyst, you will support AI adoption and AI-related initiatives in the commercial part of the business. You will work closely with the Manager of AI First, the Director of Letting, and cross-functional colleagues across Group HQ and local markets.

This role is a strong fit for a student who wants to build skills in structured problem solving, clear communication, solid analysis, and working at the intersection of business, AI tools, and technical execution.

Key responsibilities
You will:

  • Create process maps, meeting notes, and other material that helps projects move forward

  • Track progress, adoption, and impact across initiatives

  • Support ad hoc analyses and practical tasks across AI First and Letting

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is sharp, curious, and motivated. You need to have an interest in AI and its transformative potential. You should also enjoy working in a technical environment and be interested in how technology can improve business.

You are preferably in the final part of your Bachelor’s degree or early in your Master’s degree. You can come from many different fields of study. Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar in a practical way is an advantage. Experience with prompting, automation, structured documentation, or simple AI-supported workflows is a plus. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working in a technical environment and motivated to learn fast.
