Position Overview:

The National Account Coordinator is an entry-level support role responsible for coordinating and assisting with the execution of national account marketing campaigns. This position supports National Account Group by handling defined administrative, coordination, and quality-control tasks.


Essential Functions:

Campaign Execution Support


· Assist with the processing of national and franchise-level campaign orders under direct supervision.

· Support campaign setup activities including but not limited to route selections, creative request submissions, and asset organization.

· Track assigned campaign tasks to ensure required steps are completed on schedule.

· Identify missing information or potential issues and escalate to the Key National Account Manager.

Quality Control & Verification

· Perform standardized verification checks, including but not limited to:

· Tracking numbers

· QR codes

· Confirm correct creative versions are applied.

· Document and escalate discrepancies for correction prior to campaign launch.

Reporting & Data Coordination

· Assist with administrative reporting tasks such as suppression list uploads and list creation.

· Support non-standard reporting preparation by gathering data and formatting materials in to requested reporting files.

· Assist with ROI Tool support tasks as directed, including manual uploads when required.

· Coordinate with Analytics or Operations teams.

Communication & Documentation

· Support client communications by the account owner, including pre-campaign advisory emails and proof follow-ups.

· Communicate externally only with manager approval or using approved templates.

· Maintain accurate internal documentation, notes, and status updates across systems.

Escalation & Process Compliance

· Monitor campaign timelines and notify manager of potential delays or risks.

· Support postal verification communications when required.

· Follow established escalation procedures for late or incomplete campaigns.

Requirements

 · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
