Chuck’s Auto Parts Solutions is a multi-location, fast-growing automotive parts company with a strong foundation and even bigger goals. We’re currently a $65 million revenue company on our way to $100 million — and we’re looking for the right Sales Manager to help take us there.


In this role, you’ll help create the structure, accountability, and sales strategy that empowers our 122 team members to succeed. Your impact will be felt across the entire organization by building a clear path for performance, growth, and profitability.


What You’ll Do

As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead, manage, and develop the sales function while driving revenue and profit-driven growth across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you coach, hold accountability, and jump in when needed.

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team
  • Drive revenue and overall sales performance
  • Create structure and accountability that drives team-wide success
  • Increase margin through disciplined pricing and smarter selling
  • Build and grow relationships with customers and prospects
  • Identify and pursue new business aligned with growth goals
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and performance
  • Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies
  • Partner with leadership on company-wide financial goals
  • Support the team directly when customer or account issues arise
