Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing/ talent acquisition and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, facilitating offers, and conducting new employee orientation. This position builds internal and external relationships, identifying top talent, and delivering excellent candidate experience. This position will seek out and facilitate job fairs to maintain open talent pipelines. The Senior Recruiter performs recruiting efforts for all TCCH positions including providers, clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle recruiting/ talent acquisition processes to include posting requisitions, screening candidates, facilitating interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
2. Conducts new employee orientation. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and organizational alignment.
3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
4. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, internal systems, and referrals.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools. Regularly reports on recruiting status.
7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This includes engaging with local partners and schools for job fairs and on-site visits.
8. Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, representing the mission, vision, and values of TCCH.
9. Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Partners with the Brand Ambassador for marketing coordination.
10. Stay up to date on recruiting trends, laws, regulations, and best practices.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
BENEFITS AND GENERAL INFORMATION
- This is a non-exempt, full-time position.
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with scheduling flexibility.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and at least three years of recruiting/ talent acquisition experience OR any combination of education and experience which would provide the candidate with the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
SHRM, PHR, or HRCI certification preferred.
