We specialize in residential households using a method referred to as IPM - Integrated Pest Management - an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management. What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a highly motivated and personable Inside Sales Call Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling and texting inbound sales leads and following up quickly. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.


What Your Day Might Look Like

  • Contact leads, qualify them fast, and set appointments for our sales team. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want a role where effort directly impacts your paycheck—this is for you.
  • Call and text inbound leads and follow up quickly
  • Ask qualifying questions and book appointments
  • Track conversations and outcomes in our system
  • Hit daily activity and weekly appointment goals
  • Learn our talk tracks, objections, and process—and improve every week
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through excellent service and communication
  • Stay up to date on company services, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure every customer experience is a great one

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
