The Role
We’re seeking a reliable and energetic kitchen porter to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and bar operations and will support both food and beverage teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, good problem-solving, and the ability to manage stock and basic mixology support when required.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dishwashing areas and back-of-house spaces
Wash, dry and store crockery, glassware and utensils to a high standard
Assist with basic prep tasks and support kitchen staff during service
Report equipment faults or shortages and assist with simple troubleshooting to keep service running
Adhere to health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, efficient environment
