Job Description: 

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Provide warm, gracious, and unscripted luxury service aligned with the resort’s brand standards 
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize service for each event 
• Serve food and beverages with precision, elegance, and timing 
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, ingredients, wine pairings, and event details 
• Create meaningful guest interactions while respecting privacy and exclusivity 

Event Setup & Execution

• Set up banquet spaces including tables, linens, glassware, décor, and service stations 
• Ensure all event spaces reflect impeccable presentation standards 
• Execute synchronized service for multi-course meals and plated or buffet service 
• Assist with breakdown and resetting of event spaces 

Attention to Detail

• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and dietary accommodations 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times 
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and respond promptly to requests

Requirements

YOU:

As a Banquet Server at Little Palm Island, you are an ambassador of refined island luxury, delivering highly personalized, intuitive service for private events, celebrations, and bespoke dining experiences. This role is essential in creating seamless, memorable moments through attention to detail, elevated presentation, and anticipatory guest engagement.

Banquet events range from intimate beachfront dinners, event spaces to curated gatherings of up to 60 guests, each designed to feel exclusive, elegant, and effortless.
