As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with innovative technological solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across departments, you’ll identify opportunities for impact and translate them into scalable processes powered by advanced tools and AI. This role sits under the Business Application department, focusing on strategy and execution while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and align cross-functional efforts.
About The Role
- Convert strategic objectives into actionable tasks for cross teams execution.
- Leverage AI technologies to optimize business processes and foster innovation.
- Lead and manage business application projects from concept to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Support process improvements across multiple departments while maintaining alignment with stakeholders, including Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Assist in defining KPIs, maintaining data, generating reports, and monitoring performance.
- Serve as an Application System Administrator, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of various information systems with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnership or revenue - Must!
- Experience with systems and integrations, with a preference for experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience with AI technologies and business process optimization- Great advantage!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
