Senior Product Manager

Conifers.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how Security Operations Centers (SOCs) operate with its AI-powered SOC platform, CognitiveSOC™. 

By leveraging agentic AI, Conifers enables security teams to investigate complex, multi-stage incidents faster, with greater precision, consistency, and confidence—reducing manual effort and decision fatigue across the SOC. 

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and scale the CognitiveSOC™ platform. 

This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity domain expertise, agentic AI research, and user experience, translating advanced automation and investigation logic into practical, trusted, and intuitive SOC workflows. 

You will own key product areas end-to-end from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration—while working closely with engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams. 

What You’ll Do:

• Become a domain expert in the Conifers.ai platform, including agentic investigation logic, AI-driven workflows, data integrations, and SOC user journeys 
• Partner with research and engineering to evaluate the feasibility, impact, and readiness of new ideas, prototypes, and models 
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify real-world SOC pain points and opportunities for automation 
• Translate customer and internal stakeholder requirements into clear product capabilities, UX flows, and prioritized roadmaps 
• Work closely with design and engineering to define intuitive UI/UX for complex security workflows and AI-assisted decision-making 
• Make informed trade-off decisions across scope, quality, timelines, usability, and technical constraints to meet business objectives 
• Drive the definition, development, and launch of new capabilities, features, and end-to-end product flows 
• Ensure product decisions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with Conifers’ long-term vision for agentic security operations 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, owning products end-to-end 
• Experience working on AI-driven, automation-heavy, or decision-support products 
• Experience collaborating with research, data science, or AI/ML teams to bring 
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS platforms 
• Demonstrated experience working on UI/UX 
• user journeys, workflows, and usability requirements for complex systems 
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to define success metrics for both product functionality and user experience 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority 
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills 

Bonus Points:

• 3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat detection, or related areas) 
• Background in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 
• Experience working on AI-driven, automation-heavy, or decision-support products 
• Deep familiarity with SOC analyst workflows, investigation processes, or operational security environments
