You will join the Identity group at Wix, building the platforms and systems that power identity, authentication, and authorization across all Wix products and services. You will handle the largest scale that Wix has to offer, serving millions of users, and provide a seamless infrastructure both to Wix users and to developers inside the organization, 

You will: 

• Balance seamless experience, with scale, consistency, security and speed - providing the best infra 
• Be the gatekeeper to all interactions of users with Wix, being involved in every step that the user goes through in their journey
• Impact every large initiative of the organization, be involved in major breakthroughs and milestones, enable the growth and expansion of the platform
• Gain knowledge and lead a world of standards, including owning in depth integrations and well known protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

• 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and supporting high-scale products
• Hebrew speaker
• Interested in both product development and infrastructure development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, or projects that improved your fellow developers’ experience - an advantage

Wix’s Identity company is responsible for Identity and Access Management across Wix - including authentication and authorization of our various Wix related identities: users, members, Wix employees, 3rd party devs, etc. We’re a unique mix between a strong product-oriented and core infrastructure group. As the gateway to Wix, we handle some of the highest scale services and are involved in almost every strategic initiative at Wix. Every line of code we write has an impact on Wix’s bottom line and on performance, security, and velocity, thus being part of the team implies high levels of responsibility & impact.
