About the Role


Reco is the leader in SaaS & AI Security , the only approach that secures AI sprawl across SaaS apps & agents. Close the security gap in your expanding AI footprint.  SSPM, identity governance, and AI agent security are converging into one market and Reco is building the platform that defines it. As our Demand Gen Lead, you'll own marketing-sourced pipeline end to end: paid media, SEO, ABM, intent data, nurture, and BDR activation. You report to the VP Marketing and work directly with the CRO and sales leadership.


Responsibilities

  • Paid & SEO - LinkedIn, Google, YouTube strategy and day-to-day execution; SEO/GEO for category terms
  • Marketing Automation - Lead scoring, nurture workflows, MQL definitions, HubSpot/Salesforce attribution
  • ABM & Intent Data - ICP target account lists, signal activation, platform vendor decisions
  • Campaigns - End-to-end planning across inbound and outbound-assist; content syndication
  • Reporting - Weekly pipeline report, multi-touch attribution, UTM hygiene
  • BDR Alignment — Weekly lead reviews, follow-up SLA enforcement, MQL quality feedback loop

Requirements


  • 5+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, at least 2 at a cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS company
  • Direct ownership of a pipeline number
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, ABM, and intent platforms
  • Deep HubSpot and Salesforce experience (attribution, scoring, reporting)
  • Daily use of AI tools across : content and ad copy generation (LLMs), data enrichment and signal activation (Clay, Unify, or equivalent), campaign analysis and automated reporting, workflow automation across your martech stack, audience and ICP research, and prompt engineering for tool integration.
  • Nice to have to : startup infrastructure experience, multi-touch attribution, intent marketing, brand marketing
