We are looking for a People Technology (HRIS) and AI Analyst to drive end‑to‑end People Tech projects while embedding scalable AI capabilities across the organization.

You will oversee global People Tech implementations, redesign processes, build smart automations, and enable a data‑driven, AI‑powered people ecosystem.

As a Cognyter you will:

  • Drive global People Tech initiatives from requirements to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training
  • Oversee the People Tech ecosystem (Core HR, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning)
  • Translate People needs into system workflows, automation, and scalable configurations
  • Ensure seamless integrations, data flows, and system stability (APIs, SFTP, SSO)
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and ensure high data integrity across People systems
  • Enable, train, and guide change management efforts to establish a data‑driven, AI‑empowered People culture
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives to streamline processes, improve communication, and unlock knowledge
  • Shape and execute the People organization’s AI roadmap; embed ethical and scalable AI capabilities into existing systems

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in People Technology (HRIS), systems implementation, workflow design, and process optimization
  • Skilled in AI & automation technologies (GenAI, conversational AI, RPA, NLP, or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinker with BI experience (Tableau or similar)
  • Able to partner globally and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (EC/Performance/Comp) – big advantage
  • Experience with Cornerstone – advantage
