General Manager - Vespa
The General Manager for Vespa at Abou Ghaly Motors is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Vespa business segment, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and operational excellence to drive growth and ensure the brand's premium standards are upheld within the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall Vespa business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, service, and operations to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure the brand is positioned effectively in the market through targeted marketing and promotional activities.
- Oversee operational efficiency, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and quality consistent with Vespa's global brand reputation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and manufacturer standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in automotive or premium brand management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and strategic planning.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian automotive market and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Ability to travel as required.
