As the Sales Manager for Vespa at Abou Ghaly Motors, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance of the Vespa brand in the market. This role includes managing the sales team and distributor network dedicated to Vespa products, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships to increase market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or motorbike sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and distributor networks.
- Strong knowledge of the Vespa brand, scooters, or the two-wheeler market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team development abilities.
