ABOUT SPERTON:

Our LATAM office, located in the heart of Casco Viejo in Panama City, covers the markets of Central America, the Caribbean, and South America, with strong expertise across industrial, technical, and corporate sectors. As part of our regional growth strategy, we are looking for a LATAM Business Developer to drive commercial expansion and build new client relationships across the region.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Operational Support (50%)
Handle day-to-day office administration (scheduling, correspondence, reporting).
Draft professional documents, meeting notes, and presentations for the LATAM Director.
Support recruitment processes (candidate files, client coordination, follow-ups).
Liaise with Sperton teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Follow up on B2B leads (SMEs, industrial groups, multinationals).
Support Director communication and outreach to cold prospects.
Business Development & Sales (50%)
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, networks).
Write compelling and personalized sales messages.
Manage and track prospect pipeline in CRM.
Prepare client briefs and join qualification calls with the LATAM Director.
Strengthen Sperton LATAM’s visibility on LinkedIn and B2B platforms.
Represent Sperton at events, trade shows, and business networks.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or professional services.
Experience in recruitment, consulting, global mobility, or outsourcing is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with the Panamanian and/or LATAM business landscape is a plus.
Based in Panama City with valid work authorization.
SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred), CRM tools, and MS/Google Suite.
Strong hunter mindset with a passion for prospecting and closing deals.
Self-starter with high organization, initiative, and results orientation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent Sperton confidently.
