Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing multiple projects, refining messaging, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
Coordinate and draft written materials including reports, presentations, and announcements
Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company objectives
Support the organization of meetings, events, and communication initiatives
Maintain and update communication materials and documentation
Monitor communication performance and provide insights for improvement
