学历学位 (Education Background):全日制本科及以上学历,法律、法学等相关专业,通过法律职业资格考试者优先;        
专业 (Professionals):法学/法律(欢迎本硕复合专业)        
经验/履历 (Working Experience):本科5年左右/研究生3年以上律所或公司法务工作经验,有丰富的法律事务处理经验,需熟悉合同,商事,数据合规,人事合规等领域        
专业技能 (Professional Skills)
1. 具备扎实的法学功底,全面的法律知识和严谨的法律逻辑思维
2. 具备独立的工作能力,熟悉合同审查和公司日常法律实务处理经验
3. 具备行业敏锐度,能为业务部门提供法律解决方案
4. 熟练掌握法律英语,良好的口语和书面交流能力(懂日语者亦可)
5. 了解AI大模型,可利用AI辅助文字性或创作性工作。        
软性技能(Soft Skills)

职位描述(Discription of Specific Duties of the Position)                
1.合同风险管理:各类合同文本的起草、翻译、审查和修订,协助解决合同全生命周期涉及的法律问题,协助业务部门进行合同条款的商务谈判;制定,细化和推广对口业务部门所需的标准合同模板;            
2.业务支持:为对口业务部门提供各类日常法律咨询,提供基于商业利益的有效的法律解决方案;对业务处理中的法律问题提供分析、撰写业务部门所需的各类法律文件;参与业务部门诉讼事务的初步分析和处理。            
3. 流程与制度管理:根据立法更新和业务需求改进、优化法务工作流程及相关制度(CMS);协助对口业务部门改进、更新业务管理流程及制度文件,提升管理效率;            
4. 培训:根据对口业务部门的需求制定、执行法律培训计划、推进培训活动的开展,提高业务部门法律风险意识。参与合规培训,个人信息保护等面向全员的主题培训。            
5. 法律情报收集和知识管理:收集、研究和发布公司业务相关的法律法规信息,研判对公司业务的影响、应对策略,参与公司法律风险管理体系的建立;编辑/发布LegalNewsletter,专题法律分析报告等出版物,维护/更新法律服务网站,参与法务知识库的建立和更新。            
6.数据合规:参与个人信息保护相关的合规项目的策划和实施,ISO27701的审计和体系维护。            
7.合规管理:参与公司合规体系的建立和完善,参与合规热线举报案件的调查和处理,策划和实施合规促进活动。            
8.日常业务:公司公章管理,项目授权的确认和协调等。            
9.完成上级指派的其他任务,参与地区和全球法务交流活动。
