The Role: People Services Specialist (HR)
The Team: This role sits in our EMEA (HR) People Services team in a team of 9 individuals providing People Services support for the whole of EMEA. The current team are based out of the UK, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Germany, France and Spain. The role will report to EMEA Regional Lead, People Services, based in the UK. This role can be based out of Gdansk Poland. Other suitable locations would be considered.
The Impact: The People Services Specialist (HR) provides first line support to our employees giving knowledgeable advice and support as well as performing accurate administration for the employee lifecycle. The candidate will also provide support to the Regional People Advisors. We are making changes and improvements to the employee experience as we develop our People Processes and Systems.
Responsibilities:
Responding to UK, Ireland and Guernsey Country queries (‘tickets’) raised in Service Now (internal HR case management system) by employees within the agreed Service Level Agreements
Approving data requests in Workday (HR system) as required including absence, job changes, global mobility moves etc. and complete required documentation in collaboration with the employee and Regional People Partner .
Carrying out the end to end lifecycle processes for employees in conjunction with internal stakeholder and People Services team (onboarding, contracts and amendments; probation renewals, offboarding etc.)
Building knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures including employee benefits and assist in maintaining Quick Reference Guides (QRG’s) in our internal library.
Liaising with our Benefits and Payroll teams to ensure data is accurately reflected for benefits and payroll administration.
Maintaining electronic employee files .
Supporting on ad-hoc projects
What We’re Looking For:
Strong HR Administrator with at least 2 years’ experience who may have worked previously within an HR/People Services environment ideally within a global organization.
Experience of supporting the UK is preferred. Additional EMEA locations experience would be an advantage.
Experience of People Services processes would be an advantage.
Experience of Workday and / or Service Now preferred but not essential.
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Organised and solution orientated mindset, committed to resolving issues and attending to customer needs in a timely manner.
If office based, you'll be asked to work from office a minimum of 2 days per week, or 9 days per month. (subject to policy change).
Timing is flexible, Poland Morning hours. (Can start between 8am-10am)
