What We Seek
The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify challenges, analyze processes, and implement innovative solutions that support fundraising and operational success. This position will serve as a key driver of the Foundation’s digital transformation, helping to shape and implement a new CRM solution that will modernize advancement operations.
What We Require:
This role requires someone who can think critically, manage complex projects, and translate business needs into technology solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and support the Foundation’s advancement systems. The successful candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
The minimum education and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Science, Business, or related area.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a business analyst supporting complex business processes and systems.
- Experience in software development and database architecture.
- Experience in advancement fundraising and engagement systems and processes.
- Ability to formulate plans, build and organize documentation, maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, maintaining consistency, organization and with close attention to detail.
Compensation Salary Range:
The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - $110,000. This range is an estimate, and the final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, consideration of any approved geographic salary differential, and alignment with internal equity guidelines to ensure consistency across similar roles.

Business Hours:
- Monday through Friday, Hybrid and/or Remote Options Available
- Operating Hours from 8:00am – 5pm (MST)
- Weekend availability for some positions
Work Location:
700 Lomas Blvd. NE, Two Woodward Center, Albuquerque, NM 87102, or eligible to work remotely in the following states: Colorado, Georgia, Missouri, New Mexico, South Carolina, or Texas.
