JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the day-to-day operation and organization of the machines office; including machines inventory, machine invoicing and billing, know and understand the internal controls, policies and procedures that are specific to their functions, maintaining supplies, purchasing and routine office duties.
SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.
LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.
MINUMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION: High School Diploma or GED required. Four (4) years work experience in an office assistant position preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time, manual finger dexterity for operation of computer, 10-key calculator, and telephone skills are all required. Must be able to lift, move, or carry supplies up to 25 lbs. Exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: One year working in gaming required, preferably in the machines or finance departments. Must be very familiar and comfortable working in Microsoft applications as well as other manufacturer’s software.

- Responsible for processing of all participation, leases, and all other machine invoices; that they are paid in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining necessary records of gaming contracts and processing of new contracts.
- Responsible for ordering parts as required, this includes but is not limited to machine locks and bases.
- Responsible for tracking Dept cuff accounts and completing budget mods as needed.
- Responsible for completing Machine Dept Training Requests and follow up on those requests.
- Responsible for helping to complete the quarterly departmental inventory for asset protection and reporting.
- Creates and submits vendor requisitions; must be able to track and follow up on order status.
- Back up E-time Administrator for Machines Department.
- Responsible for day-to-day clerical work as necessary. Coordinates meetings, and promotes positive guest /team member relations for the department.
- Serves as liaison with other departments and vendors by relaying information and coordinating department services to appropriate individual and departments.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports, including an efficient filing system.
- Assists Operations Manager and Repair Manager as needed.
- Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
- Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
- Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
- Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
- Explains the “why” behind the resolution or action for the guest.
- Pays attention to detail and conducts thorough research to make the best decision for the guest and the business.
- Makes judgment calls based on understanding Legends Casinos’ Purpose, Values and Objectives while utilizing research, knowledge, and experience.
- Proactively shares guest feedback with executive management and peers in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- Seeks to share and improve processes and workflows based on guest feedback.
