Job Description

Sales Manager in Safety and Motions, Passive Safety and Sensorics | AUMOVIO Korea

Active participation or input for customer strategy establishment (update) and its execution
High focus on Customer Center & Segment P&L (Profit & Loss)
CSM(Customer Sales Manager) of Customer Sales Team HMG
Ensure good performance of Sales key KPIs (Revenue, New business acquisition, Price management, R&D cost reimbursement etc.)
Lead key acquisition activities successfully (Pre-RFQ/ RFQ(Request of Quotation)
Proactive communication with internal / external stakeholders for better business outcomes
Manage customer intimacy in positive way
Advise and manage enlarged Sales Team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5-15 year working experience in automotive
Excellent English in speaking and writing
Good communication and negotiation skills
