Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities):

  • Head Commercial Claims is responsible for driving Claims Functions across locations. They
  • They need to align the claims team vision and goal with the larger organization goal. They also collaborate with the Regional claims head to ensure regional initiatives get suitable attention.
  • They should take ownership for identifying talent from the market and building a robust claims team across the organization.
  • They are encouraged to nurture and develop talent within the existing team.
  • They should guarantee that expectations of internal (Brokers) as well as external collaborators (Clients) are met.
  • They must ensure that Claims management system utilization is done on optimum basis.
  • They will also need to engage with other important collaborators like insurers and surveyors.
  • They should also make sure that social media visibility on claims is improved.
  • They should also be responsible for direct involvement of all significant intricate claims.

  • Build strong and stable claims team.
  • System utilization.
  • Engagement of collaborators – Calendarized approach to be adopted.
  • Ownership of extensive intricate claims
  • Ensuring visibility of claims services of Aon is adequately improved through social media, client seminars etc.
