Job Description
The AP Strategy, Insights & Analytics team sits within the Marketing function of Visa in Asia Pacific (AP) with a vision to be an insight-led engine of advisory. The team delivers consumer and market insights, & marketing effectiveness analytics-based advisory to internal Visa stakeholders, and as a Value-Added Service (VAS) to our clients & partners.
What an Associate – AP Marketing, Insights & Analytics does at Visa:
The Associate role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Sr Mgr, Marketing Measurement for AP. Successful candidate will operate primarily within the Marketing Measurement practice area with a focus on 1) supporting the operations and delivery of a survey-based measurement program for consumer marketing, 2) apply social listening/analytics to campaign measurement, 3) leverage Gen AI and other tools to make the program more efficient, 4) support the consumer brand measurement program, and 5) support our Marketing measurement based advisory practice as a Value Added Service (VAS) for Visa’s clients through survey based campaign measurement. 6) Providing advisory to media teams and agency for Brand lift studies and campaign effectiveness readouts
This role will partner Visa’s Marketing team to inform insights-based, customer-centric conversations internally to support marketing performance and investment decisions. The role requires you to create hypotheses, analyze research, social and other data to develop storylines & build insightful business presentations. The incumbent will translate business questions into research & analytics objectives. The role will also partner closely with the Global I&A team and other members of the broader AP Marketing team.

Projects you will be a part of:
- Running & enhancing the survey-based marketing measurement tracking program across AP
- Driving implementation of established measurement framework and analysis for Brand Lift Studies (BLS) across consumer marketing campaigns.
- Applying social listening and complementary analytics to enrich campaign effectiveness and brand insights
- Assisting in survey-based campaign VAS measurement for Visa’s clients
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
What you will need:
- The incumbent should have knowledge & some training in consumer market research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative, including analyzing & reporting data with great story-telling capabilities:
- Graduating with a degree in Insights & Marketing Analytics or related field
- Capable of analyzing & synthesizing qualitative & quantitative information with excellent storytelling, presentation, verbal & written communication skills
- Exposure to consumer research and survey data, incl. advertising & brand studies, and Social listening tools
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Business & commercial acumen with excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience working in cross functional teams & managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Must be team player, organized, proactive, curious & solution oriented looking for ways to contribute added value
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple projects concurrently
- Exposure to Marketing sciences or analytics experience with understanding of statistical analysis, modelling, scoring schemes, SEM, cluster analysis, conjoint/discreet choice, regression analysis, etc.
- Proficient in MS applications including Excel & Power Point
- Proficiency in English
