As a Massage Therapist, you will provide professional massage and body treatments in a relaxing, guest-focused spa environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and enjoys helping guests feel their best.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all massage and body treatment as licensed to the highest level of professionalism.
- Follow spa service traditions to ensure service standards and consistency are met.
- Ensure and implement all Seven Inlet Spa traditions and standards.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and well stocked treatment rooms.
- Responsible for preparation and timely execution of all appointments.
Additional Duties:
- Outstanding commitment to quality guest service.
- Escort guests to and from treatments.
- Participate in any required training and implement practices that are offered.
- Ensure the spa reception area, serenity room, and treatment rooms are clean and maintained.
- Take care of his/her own well-being by having good skin care and wellness practices.
- Responsible for knowing all events in the property.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Display sensitivity to Native American Culture.
- Operate within the parameters of the Little Creek Human Resource Policies, Departmental Policies and all other applicable regulations.
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited massage school.
- One or more years’ experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferred.
- Customer service experience, preferred.
- Experience in body treatments, preferred.
- Class II Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (must be able to pass a background check.)
- Current State Massage License.
