职位概述：

能独立使用精密的测量工具检验相对复杂的生产或者采购零件。

职位职责/责任可能包括但不限于：

1、能够使用精密测量工具完成检验工作

2、遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查原材料达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求

3、设定和操作量检具检查设备补偿，校对目标值，基准线和加工零件设备定位装置等

4、能独立完成复杂产品的的样件检测

5、完成主管指定的其它任务

6、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

7、严格执行公司的相关规章制度

8、了解FEMA，CP，VSM基础知识

9、了解QC7大手法

10、参与RIW项目

职位要求：

1、为人正直，良好的人际沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神

2、技术学校或者更高学历. 机械专业或电气专业。

3、能看懂机械图纸，了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法。

4、熟练操作普通量检具，如游标卡尺，千分尺，高度仪等。

5、大部分零件能独立完成CMM的编程。

6、熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949，能使用基本的质量控制方法，如SPC等

7、会使用基本的办公软件（如Excel, word, ppt等）

8、具备简单的英语知识
