<p>This is top candidates that did not work out for current openings that we would be interested in for future openings. You will want to copy the candidate to this position. Do not move them as we want to be able to see what location and previous position they applied for. Make sure to add reason why we did not move forward with them and why you believe they are a top candidate to keep in mind. This list should be updated on a 6-month basis to keep the most current candidates in mind</p>
