The intern will develop positioning concepts using optical measurement technology and analyze existing processes for optimization. Additionally, they will be responsible for modeling optically controlled component assembly and conducting software and hardware testing within a test stand.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deines Praktikums entwickelst du ein Positionierkonzept mit optischer Messtechnik weiter und analysierst den bestehenden Prozess auf Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du für das Konzept und die Modellbildung für optisch gesteuertes Fügen von Bauteilen verantwortlich.
  • Im Rahmen der Umsetzung baust du den bestehenden Fügeprozess aus, integrierst das Konzept in einen bestehenden Teststand und dokumentierst den Prozess sowie seine Bestandteile.
  • Des Weiteren ist beim Thema Software- und Hardware-Testing dein Know-how gefragt: Du führst Modultests auf Basis von exemplarischen Bildern durch und begleitest den optimierten Fügevorgang im Teststand.
  • Nicht zuletzt wertest du die statistische Betrachtung der erreichten Positionierung aus.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: technisches Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Robotik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: erste Erfahrungen in der Robotik
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist eine engagierte, eigenständige Person, die strukturiert und gewissenhaft vorgeht
  • Arbeitsalltag: Büroarbeit
  • Begeisterung: für die industrielle Bildverarbeitung
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
