Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic team player with a passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in guest service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with prior experience in luxury hotels being a plus. Knowledge in Housekeeping, F&B, Guest Relations, and Opera PMS is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • University Degree
  • Housekeeping, Food and Beverage or/and Guest Relations knowledge
  • Knowledge of Opera Property Management System
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, shifts, and guest needs
  • Strong understanding of service standards and guest satisfaction metrics in luxury environments
