About the Role

Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns are currently seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our valuable team as a Live in Care Assistant. Our Care Assistants will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes. Short term and long term placements available.

Job Description

Responsibilities of our Care Assistant:-

  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting residents with mobility
  • Helping with daily activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Running errands such as food shopping and collecting prescriptions

Qualifications

Previous social care isn't vital but full right to work in the UK and access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential. We understand work life balance and offer a range of shifts timings and a flexible working schedule.
