The Opportunity

We install a large number of high-end communicating HVAC systems, so installers must be comfortable working with smart communicating equipment and advanced system controls.


Experience with electrical work is also a major plus.

As an HVAC Install Lead, you will perform high-quality HVAC installations, mentor apprentices, and deliver excellent service to homeowners.


Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC systems and equipment
  • Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork
  • Work with high-end communicating HVAC systems
  • Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and code requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Train and mentor apprentice installers
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners during installations
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
  • Represent the company professionally on every job

Requirements


  • 5 years of Experience installing residential HVAC systems
  • Comfortable working with communicating and smart HVAC systems
  • Strong understanding of installation procedures and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Physically capable of performing field work

Pay: Based on experience $30 - $35/hour
