Your Purpose as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk:
- Responsible for proper controls of the parts inventory and other administrative functions
- Stock and post incoming orders with detail and accuracy
- Ensure that credits are received for returned parts
- Organize inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order by group and source as set by manufacturer
- Provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap
- Assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory
- Assist in period part returns
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
