Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year + up to 20% bonus

Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of JAX Airport

Schedule: Full open availability without restrictions – we operate 24/7/365

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 30-40 drivers.
• Player-Coach: Jump in and set the example by meeting the same driver standards you’ll hold your team to.
• Drive Excellence: Oversee operations, schedules, and KPIs to keep everything on time and on point.
• Champion Safety: Set the standard for safe, compliant, and professional operations.
• Deliver Results: Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

Driver Requirements (You Must Meet These Too)

To be considered, you must qualify as a SkyHop Global driver. That means:

• Valid Driver’s License (clean and current).   
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Safe Driving Record: No major violations, DUIs, or excessive points.  
• Background Check: Must pass criminal background screening.  
• Drug-Free: Must pass a DOT or company-required drug test.  
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift luggage and assist airline crew members.  
• Professional Standards: Reliable, presentable, and safety-focused.  
• Airport Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain required airport/city permits.  

What We’re Looking For

• A hands-on leader with the drive to get things done.  
• Resilient, energetic, and adaptable—ready for anything a 24/7/365 operation throws at you.  
• Experienced manager: 3+ years of leadership experience (transportation or airport/airline preferred).  
• Strong communicator: Able to coach, motivate, and develop people.  
• Business-minded: Comfortable with P&L, scheduling, and KPIs.  
• Safety-first mindset with proven success in fostering accountability.  
• Must live within 30 minutes of JAX Airport.
