We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet demand.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality control data, and employee performance.
• Address any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for tracking production metrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
