Job Description

Communicate with customers in Professional Manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.

Qualifications

B2B Sales Specialist

Must be a college graduate
At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience
Preferably with CRM background

Retention Specialist

Must be a college graduate
Must have at least 2 years experience in renewals, retention or inside sales
Must be familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Tech Customer Success Specialist

Must be a college graduate
Must have at least 2 years relevant experience
Must have experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models and CS platforms
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP

Note: Applicants falling under new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school, however under the old (before K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
