About the Role

Your Role

  • Lead process re-engineering to streamline and automate operations.

  • Design insightful reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Apply AI and RPA to automate repetitive tasks, espeically commission administration.

  • Develop end-user computing (EUC) solutions to support commission and incentive programs.

  • Oversee performance and reward systems with continuous improvement and SLA compliance.

  • Manage system enhancement projects from planning to execution.

  • Strengthen internal controls for accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.

  • Build team capabilities in data analytics and automation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on performance tracking for new products and campaigns.

 

To Succeed in this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a scalable organization.

  • Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI tools, or Power Apps is an advantage.

  • Proven track record in process improvement and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
