Pay and Bonuses

$15.00 - $16.75 per hour
$18.00 per hour premium pay (hours before 8am, hours after 5pm, all Saturday shifts)
Guaranteed 35 paid hours per week for full-time drivers
Monthly safety bonus up to $200

Schedule Expectations

Availability Monday - Friday, 7am to 7pm
Shifts vary based on client needs
Up to 40 hours per week
Occasional weekend shifts available (scheduled in advance)

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
Willingness to complete are required training and certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
Strong attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Compassionate and caring personality
