About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail oriented Contents Cleaning Technicians with prior cleaning or labor experience to join our growing team. In this hands on role, you will clean, pack, and track customer belongings after water, fire, or mold damage. Your attention to detail and care will directly impact customers recovering from property loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and restore customer belongings using approved cleaning methods and techniques
• Assist with on-site Packouts at residential and commercial properties
• Safely handle, move, and organize customer contents
• Inventory and track items using mobile devices or tablets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide professional and respectful customer service at all times

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, restoration, moving, or warehouse work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in various environments (heat, cold, damaged structures)
• Ability to lift, bend, and remain active throughout the day
• Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for documentation
