Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in clean finishes, efficient work, and making spaces look brand new? Want the opportunity to increase your earnings based on your productivity? We’re looking for a Painter to join our team and take ownership of unit turns and community-wide painting projects.
What You’ll Do
- Complete make-ready unit painting (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups)
- Perform drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and textured finishes
- Handle interior and exterior painting projects, including common areas
- Maintain curb appeal by painting curbs, fencing, signage, and other surfaces
- Ensure all units and projects meet move-in ready standards
- Assist with unit rehabs and light carpentry work as needed

Position Details

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional painting experience required
- Multifamily/apartment experience strongly preferred
- Strong drywall repair and finishing skills
- Basic carpentry skills required (advanced skills a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple units/deadlines
- High attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
