Job Description

As a Waterpark Cashier, you will:

  • Handle and balance daily receipts, including cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers, following all accounting and procedural standards.
  • Maintain full cash drawer/bank accountability and perform POS responsibilities per company guidelines.
  • Greet guests promptly, provide excellent service, and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales.
  • Accurately record services rendered and maintain department records.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and urgently.
  • Follow all opening, running, and closing procedures, including guest walk-out protocols.
  • Adhere to departmental standards for cash/check handling, safety, security, and participation in company performance programs.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company equipment.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
